Each of our programming options gives you access to personalized workouts sent to you weekly on our easy-to-use platform that makes it simple to track your progress and stay motivated, personal contact to expert coaching, and a supportive community of like-minded individuals. Programming ALSO includes access to weekly Zoom meetings where coaches will answer your training and competition questions while you network with other athletes in the American Marvel community.

Combat Athlete Programming ($100.00 a month) - This is our strength and conditioning plan specifically built for the following combat sports: Wrestling (folkstyle, freestyle, and Greco-Roman), Jiu-Jitsu (Gi and No-Gi), Boxing, and Mixed Martial Arts. The programming is designed for sport-specific power development, improved energy system conditioning, enhanced awareness and movement efficiency, and injury prevention.

Absolute Unit Programming ($100.00 a month) - This is our strength and conditioning plan designed for individuals who want to be the most athletic, strongest, well-conditioned, and explosive version of themselves possible. The programming is structured for improvement in the Olympic lifts, major compound lifts, strongman movements (lifting heavy sandbags and other odd objects), CrossFit conditioning, and training sessions will often include bodybuilding-type accessory work. Each workout concludes with a cooldown, stretching/mobility session.
